Requirements for getting a job in Japan for freshers.

Educational Qualifications: Candidates with a Bachelors Degree in Information Technology, Electrical or Electronics background are preferred
Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or above( Candidate should be able to converse in Japanese.
Resume and Cover Letter: Candidates should prepare well defined resumes in English, create Rereikisho and Shokumukeirekisho to suit the client demands
Cultural Awareness: Candidates should be well aware about the Japanese culture, their motive to learn Japanese before they appear for the interviews.
