Must have requirements
- Test design experience :
- Understanding of basic design documents/detailed design documents described in English/Japanese
- Preparation for test design based on specifications.
- Review of test design documents
- Management of test executors
- Good Experience in the whole process, i.e. from requirements definition to integration testing
- Experience in any of the following
- 2+ years experience in unit and integration testing
- 2+ years experience in open system or mainframe system software development at a system integrator
- 2+ years experience of developing web-based software
Preferred requirements
- Experience as a project leader in software development projects
- Experience as a project manager in web-based software development project
- Experience in proposals and quotations writing to customers
- Experience in the following systems: distribution, EC, POS, accounting, logistics, payment, CRM, human resources, information, etc.

Job Description –
8-12 years of total relevant experience in Project Management Experience of working with Japan clients
Japanese language skill is preferred. Good Client facing skill, Managing client and customer focused.
Good Understanding on Project Management and Quality Management Techniques.
Should be well versed with ISO and CMMI level process.
Experience of executing projects in Onsite/Offshore model involving multiple vendors spread across different geographies.
High Customer Orientation, Good written and Oral communication skills.
Proven experience in people management, strategic planning, risk management, change management.
Essential to have good exposure and hands on in managing projects with KPIs like Team Utilization, Project Profitability,etc

- As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for various aspects of software development, which may include one or more of the following phases:
- 1. Requirements Definition: Understanding client challenges and system requirements, determining system specifications, and establishing project schedules
- 2. Design: Creating an overview and detailed design of programs and environments based on the previously defined requirements.
- 3. Construction/Development: Utilizing programming languages such as C, Java, and others, as well as knowledge of networks (Cisco) and servers (Windows, UNIX, and more) to carry out actual software construction.
- 4. Operations and Maintenance: Ensuring smooth operation of completed systems, troubleshooting, providing support in case of issues, and performing maintenance tasks.
As a Software Development Engineer, you will be responsible for various aspects of software development, which may include one or more of the following phases:

Minimum of 1 year or more of practical experience in either network or server design AND construction. (JUST design experience will Not work)

- Requirements Definition: Recognizing the issues and desired systems as specified by the client, determining the specifications of what kind of system will resolve the issues, and scheduling the entire project.
- Design: Progressing the overview design and detailed design of the program and environment based on the above requirements.
- Construction/Development: Utilizing knowledge of programming languages (such as C, Java, and others), networks (e.g., Cisco), and servers (e.g., Windows, UNIX, and others) to carry out the actual construction.
- Operations and Maintenance: During the full-scale operation of the completed system, work on trouble prevention, follow-up during incidents, and maintenance.
How the Work Progresses: Projects are typically carried out with multiple team members. Some projects can involve anywhere from dozens to hundreds of participants.
